How are products stored before shipping?+
All lyophilised compounds are stored at -20°C in a humidity-controlled environment until dispatch. Orders are packed with temperature-controlled inserts for UK delivery.
How should I reconstitute a peptide?+
Most compounds are reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol). Swirl gently — do not shake. Store reconstituted vials at 2–8°C and avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?+
Yes. A COA is available on request for every order. All batches are independently tested by third-party UK laboratories.
What is the purity standard?+
Every batch is HPLC-verified to 99%+ purity before leaving our facility.
When is shipping free?+
Free UK shipping is applied automatically on orders over £180. Standard UK shipping is £6.95 on orders below this threshold.
Do I need an account?+
Yes. Account registration is required to view pricing, add products to your cart, or place an order. Researchers must confirm 18+ status and agree to research-only use during registration.
Do you ship outside the UK?+
We currently focus exclusively on UK-based researchers and laboratories.
Are these products approved for human use?+
